We offer 12 months for the scooter . We take care of quality-related issues with a REPLACEMENT PARTS.
30 Days Money Back: For 30 days after the date of purchase, return your undamaged / Unused HiQiS product and receive a refund for any reason. HiQiS is not responsible for the shipping costs of packages returned by customers not due to quality problems.

Orders

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via our email address: support@hiqis.com . Please include your order number when contacting us.
If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we should be able to stop it shipping, and issue you a refund immediately.
If your order is in transit, or has already been delivered, you will need to arrange a return with us
Our average order fulfillment time is 1 business day, with a 2-5 business days shipping time. We ship Monday through Friday. Holiday shipping can increase the time it takes to fulfill your order.

This depends on the model’s IP rating.An IP rating of 5 or higher indicates water resistance – models that can be ridden in the rain (the second digit of an IP rating refers to water ingress). View our water resistant HiQiS Electric Scooters/bikes, which have been designed to be protected in all USA weather conditions.

Yes, we offer installment plans for all Happyrun e-bikes. You can select Affirm or Klarna at checkout.
